IMU spent $50M on R&D last financial year because they are running 3 clinical trials in parallel for 3 synergize IP and are on track to spend $50M this financial year. How much do you think the R&D rebate will be in total, it's very simple to calculate isn't it so how is this "misinformation"???? I'm not the one who posted misinformation that the 2024 R&D rebate will only be $5M, I said these are available fund and not current and IMU said there was long delay for the 2023 R&D rebate received January this year and significant interest was paid on this amount by the ATO.

If this occur again then IMU will receive around $20M for the 2024 R&D rebate in January next year, usually there hasn't been this much delayed and they've received the R&D rebate for the previous financial year within 6 months after EOFY. The conversion of the warrant will give them enough funds until this R&D rebate is received and probably why PH did this CN as IMU only need a quarter of funding so it was the ideal funding for them right now provided the clinical trial updates for VAXINIA and especially OASIS are released on time and are further positive. Why wouldn't CVI convert when the pps will be at least 10c after further positive clinical trial updates from VAXINIA, OASIS and Azer-Cel??? You saying the opposite is "misinformation".
