Without a deal, the share price will languish, period. There is no catalyst for SP to rise without it. This has been blindingly obvious for nearly 12 months.
Minor progress announcements give a little boost, that's it.
3.5 to 4.1 then a sell down by Short term holders and day traders, as expected.
They make sense down to the 3.7 cent level.. Above that they are getting their 5% + profit, reloading n the low and waiting again.
Pushing below that level doesn't make sense for traders, that's a concerted effort by someone to suppress price for whatever reason.
