In Imu's case, a consolidation is to make the investment more attractive and to add flexibility in any future cash raising.
SOI is way too high and, while I accept arguments that consolidations can bring on their own issues, one for IMU will have to come about at some stage in the near future.
We have reached a point where necessity will overrule any other arguments to the contrary.
