    I'm not upset with the remuneration in itself, more so it has got there based on "personal performance indicators/metrics" not based on company ones.

    To easy to set Personal targets and get pay rises and bonuses based on same

    With so little based n company performance, I think she is over paid and all of management should not be asking/receiving more shares or options or pay rises until such time as the SP has been improved and improved markedly.
