Yeah, totally agree. The science might still be solid, but the trust is gone. Needing a 30x just to get back to where we were says it all.
If trial results really are that strong and BP comes on board, then sure, 30x could be the minimum. But right now it's hard to see new investors jumping in while the people at the top keep getting rewarded and holders are left carrying the pain.
That said, there are still a few things that could turn the ship around—strong trial results, a solid partnership or licensing deal with a big pharma player, more FDA milestones, or even some serious insider buying would send a message. Non-dilutive funding would help too, and if the broader biotech sentiment shifts, IMU could ride that wave.
Plenty of potential, but they’ve got a long way to go to rebuild trust first!!!
