Bears competing with each other to get out by selling lower & lower, thinking that .001 won't make that much difference when in fact it does. Psychologically it seems a miniscule amount, so they are hitting the bid with reckless abandon, been there done that but have to feel for them even though this is a market where no prisoners are taken. IMO this price action is overdone, and it is just air causing it to fall so there could be a significant reversal if the proposed consolidation is adopted.
