If this cycle of dilution continues unchecked, IMU risks undoing any credibility the share consolidation was meant to restore. Raising ~$26M by issuing over 2.6B shares at sub-1c pricing barely scratches the surface of long-term funding needs. Worse, it puts us firmly back on track toward the same bloated 7B+ share count investors were told was being corrected.
Maybe next AGM they'll just hand out loyalty cards: ‘Buy 10 raises, get one free!!!
