See bars for last 9 days. All these trades are within very narrow range. IMO this speaks to accumulation (distribution?) by larger players wanting to buy (sell) at 33c. Much of the trades have gone through at fractional prices implying bigger players using centrepoint trades rather than retail.
I think this provides fuel for subsequent breakout upon news.
