Interesting post.
I do doubt that the share price will drop much further below 30c - Hopefully a form of support is found at around 30c and we continue the uptrend.
But this will all depend on a couple factors:

• What the capital raise is for
• Trial results (HER-VAXX, PD1-VAXX, CF33 Ph1 entry etc.)

A couple of distinctions between this CR and the previous CR in 2019 which makes me think it is very unlikely price will drop heavily:

• Positive HER-VAXX interim results + PD1 phase 1 (cohort 1&2) results -> majorly derisked IMU compared to back in 2019 when it was much more speculative (lack of validation of B-cell platform back in 2019)
• Obviously in early 2020, there was the whole market crashing down causing the SP to tank further to roughly 1.5c
• the CR in 2019 was done off the back of a big rise without a consolidation period, whereas we have been consolidating in the 30-40c region for the past two months

At the end of the day, anything can happen so happy to hear any other conflicting thoughts.
