Institutions which are shareholders already are certainly invited to participate. If that institution hold say 10 mil shares and was allocated another 10 mil, they can sell up to 10 mil of their existing shares (at say 30 c) and use the proceeds to replace the money spent on getting 10 mil shares plus 5 mil new options in the CR. Once they are allocated those on 4 august they have their original holding restored and picked up the options for nix! Cheers, Frits
