I agree. Its frustrating. It’s not a marvellous deal for shareholders IMO. You can buy 3 shares now for 90 cents without touching the offer, or take the deal and ultimately pay $1.05 upon converting the ‘free’ option. That’s 16.66% higher than I can buy it for now.
I went for IMUOB today instead and snagged a bagful at 25.5 cents, so that each lot of 3 converted shares is 88.5 cents.
