It's a great kinda strange alright... it's an assumption that where the company is and where they're heading is LIKELY to be much much more in the near future. There's really only 3 outcomes here.
1. We get bought out for x billion
2. We enter a partnership worth x billions
3. We fail and go to 1 cent in a heartbeat
Applying a valuation is tricky when it's a make or break scenario and there's no right or wrong play by holders.
I'm holding all the way and it will either end in cheers or tears.
