Whilst I am slowly learning charting as a rookie...

Whilst I am slowly learning charting as a rookie charter/investor, I sure have noticed that whales can make bigger splashes to the share price.

Good news I can see on the daily:

The R.S.I has yet again fallen to 40, which clearly states this is no longer at threat of being overbought at this stage.
So Im hoping that might mean volatility might be reduced???

In June ,July ,August - the R.S.I bobbled around as I imagine it will again, until the next announcement/release.
In the meantime, I believe that with much greater influence by instutions that can now move the price far easier.

Us retailers need to sit in the dingy, and just hold - that's all we need to do to catch the next wave.

Once the R.S.I again starts climbing toward 60 and over.
I hope to see it as maybe the institutions, who I am just going to cynically believe are privvy to info before its released.

Will slowly ramp up their purchases, but not so much as to wake us up too much to the impending wave upwards.

I could be wrong. Is this something I should be aware of?

Ive been watching Rocky 4 to learn from Bridgette Neilson on how the Russians stay emotionless.

Not easy.
