I don't see how it can be factored into charts. The only reason charts work is because so many people use them it is the Sheep factor 1 turns and runs and they all follow in the same direction the chart just shows them which direction to run. once the big news hits then new players enter the market with more money and the charts just go right out the window as they cannot predict a big spike on good or bad news they only predict the predictable.
I don't see how it can be factored into charts. The only reason...
