Understanding the drop is easy. Accepting the reasons is beyond the majority of posters here.

1. Its more astute investor believes its over-valued at 49c.

2. Its never made a dollar of revenue, and it doesn't have a product in a comercialisation trial. (And to all those that believe the company should be valued on potential rather than revenue or profit multiples, you're right. That's how it got to $3b. Getting above that it proving problematic).

Once you get to a situation where posters extol the virtues of the most informed investor selling, you know its time to leave the echo chamber.
