It is a good entry point if you are new to the stock, someone thought it was a good entry point to put 37Million dollars into it at .495 cents too, you're getting it on sale vs what they paid right now. I read rumblings of PH having investors in HK and China in the past while reading and doing research. I'm sure this is just him paying homage to his friends when the company fit their risk appetite and to prevent another CR to let them in. They would have got in one way or another with that kind of fire power at this stage in my opinion.
