Apparently the Americans have signalled 3 interest rate rises next year and the Dow was down as a result. So hang onto your shirts on monday as the white shirted wonders are bound to smash our stocks down and the poor old dollar will take another beating which as the country of importers that we have become it will bring on higher inflation through higher prices. Once upon a time we made our own food refined our own petrol made our own clothes, tyres for our cars, light bulbs,tools, etc etc etc.
