Thats the one I'm watching too Pablo. It is only an interim fib level of the last swing trade from the bottom. I suspect that if we bounce here and it holds(yet to be confirmed) , we may only get this one attempt to get above that s200. While I hope there is enough support in it for a second bounce, I doubt it will hold if we fail to push through and close above the s200. Below is the daily chart with multiple fibs(horizontal lines). Red and pink are the strongest levels, pink being the one from the bull run up last year, red from the bear run down this year. Our interim fib is the cream coloured one. We can also see the daily s200 at the 0.305. Red shaded area is the zone we need to get through and use as support. While this news is great, so far the resistance has shown to be stronger. Second screenshot is the zoomed in hourly chart.

Looking closer we see the potential for the bounce here as the green w5 turns up again for another attempt. The tagging of the upper cream line - the 161.8% finishes out the fib trade as that is the D1 target reached. Any time a D1 target is reached there will almost always be a pull back, which is what we have seen in spite of the news. Thick red is the daily s200, it is showing its strength. I look forward to it being our support. It should also be mentioned that we are forming some bearish divergence on the daily and potentially the weekly.



It is my opinion, that if we fail to close high today then we are likely looking at another retrace. We need to see the 0.245 zone hold as support. If it gets back there and we do finally get our bounce, then I think we will get a 'game on' from and the bulls!
