Been thinking about this post of yours. I don't think I'm disagreeing with you but can you tell me how it is any different to any other ASX200 stock?
There's MM's on all of them so liquidity is always there, SP's are ranging all over the place allowing trading opps in fact most other ASX200 stocks are far more heavily worked by traders compared to IMU.
You gotta remember sector rotations and the buzz that goes with that also. It is the ASX after all.
I do think your description of IMU being a P&D is a bit rich. I know you've seen stocks entering the ASX300 and ASX200 before and the hype/speculation that goes with that.
The P&D stocks are more about the small cap resource stocks, heck stand on some rock chips and Boom, it's going to become the next BHP.
