So, carrying on with our lessons on Japanese candlestick charting .
The weekly action thus far is condensed into one candle & reading along the top bar it shows where the price opened on Monday, .042, the high, .044, the low, .041 & the close yesterday, .043. the volume is in mil. The date shows the week not the day if that makes sense.
Straight away we can see there's a higher low than last week, that's good but will be even better if we can get a higher high also.
The lower plot says volume is below a 13 weekly moving average.
The close today will determine what the final print-out will be.
Then we start a new candle.
