That could explain the 30m+ shares stacked up to 13c and the constant 11c wipes in both directions to encourage selling and deterring buying until they got their fill. If that was correct then a quick run to 15c could follow after "removing the 30m road block".
Anything is possible, 9c or 15c. Always unpredictable.
