It doesn't affect the picture of the charts in the sense that we need to be concerned. The reason is that anything which has had an influence on the price is visible and factored in on the chart. Thus any manipulation has already changed the way the price responds to fibs, changed the angles of the MA's and their positions etc. Thus, and forward looking comments automatically factor it in. Essentially, when looking at a chart, particularly on a long term scale, you are looking at the overall perception of the stock with all inputs factored (macro/micro/technical/fundamental). Because the long term picture on the charts suggests an imminent bull run of large scale, we could rightly say that broadly speaking the market is ready and expecting Imugene to take front and centre with some excellent news. 2 years ago it's was fear and uncertainty, and that reflected in the price. Looking at the forum now though, the community's expectation is lining up with the charts big picture, which is often the case.
