The longer the better in my opinion, as more holders will have $0.125 as their entry price or part of their average price, and will unlikely sell until they've made their target % gains. It essentially establishes more of a baseline, floor or support at $0.125. So the more purchased at this price, the less available for sale and the buy/sell ratio tends to skew more towards the buy side until the price moves up.
Note: This is purely my take on this aspect of market/trading dynamics.
