I seriously hope they don't enter into a deal that is related to the share price whatsoever, but they do so based on earning potential of the product(s) up for grabs. I'm not sure how IMU could be bought out anyway with our extensive pipeline and the various stages of each product. It's not as simple as buying out a one trick pony.
