These escrowed shares are an investment, "transferred" from Vaxinia to IMU. Unlikely any will get sold as these scientists are well paid and their IMU shares represent their investment in CF33 which hasn't been recognized in the sp at all. No guarantee but 99.99%. Same as PH will not sell his about 430m shares he got as part of the deal.
