A stock with such a high SOI is like working with an anchor around your neck. It's such a loosely held stock with so many shares and so much churn required to make it move.
It is what it is, can't do anything about it and pretty standard in the Bio sector but high SOI stocks just don't move like low tightly held SOI stocks.
