There are no concerns about insider info or leaked info, we've been in a trading halt. The purpose is so that trading cannot take place if early info becomes available. Regardless of how many articles are published by any number of parties during the halt, the halt will only be lifted with the asx announcement, which is the purpose of the halt.
As for the share price, the real question should be what does this acquisition mean regarding Market Cap. With this CR the register will be increased by another 1/3. This means our Market cap at 2.7c will be the magic $100 mill, no doubt well thought out, ans while we have been there briefly already I think we may have to churn for a while before we see some movement.
I'm very positive with this news. When I read the AFR article re:free option, I took it to mean for every new share, not just for insto's. Will wait for the announcement to clarify.
