Have seen similar trading pattern at NVA, had an aggressive large seller over there a few weeks ago who sold out and missed on double gains. That aggressive selling could be done either by a larger holder or instos who want to buy for a lower price for their clients. It looks really scary especially when the sp should be closer to 20c than sub 10c. Wouldn't be surprised to see the sp fall sub 10c similar to last week.
