I'm pleased to see so many options being transferred at 0.3c.
I assume it's somebody offloading from the placement.
The surprising thing is that somebody is happy buying so many at 0.3c - which seems a bit high when one sees how cheap the heads are.
With "the next biotech" bunch, I expect them to take a good position before banging the drum. So maybe that is what is happening (or maybe not).
