When the Ds were released the SP was flying and I think IMU thought they were going to get a deal done. I mean why else would they put a 45c conversion fee on them if they didn't think the company would be in a better position SP wise than it currently is (hence a deal falling through for Her-vax).
It would be a good confidence boost for Shareholders if management were to extend the expiry date.
