    Totally agree Slick. SOI is ridiculous and is putting on the hand break with the SP - and as you suggest, the ability to raise funds in the future.

    Options should never be included in any CR - but IMU has consistently undervalued the SP buy including them.

    Retail holders hav borne the brunt in way of SP erosion.

    You raise some interesting and valid observations.
