You forgot the way Hopper has done recent raisings. Here a summary:

1.CHM 0.8c new heads plus 1 free oppie per share at 0.8c

then

2. CHM 0.5c heads plus 1 free oppie per share at 0.8c

3. CHM 0.4c heads plus 1 free oppie per share at 0.4c and if used within 4 months then another free oppie at 0.5c

Means, the next CR will almost certainly kill the OEs. But no problem, they are already dead. And who cares, maybe IMU issues OFs at the same price as new heads, most likely at 1.2c or 40.8c compared to the OEs 11.8c or 401.2c.

Either way, he's done it again after killing IMUODs, CHMOs, RADOs and now the IMUOEs.

He doesn't care about oppies, why would he, new performance oppies and shares can be issued at any price and any time.

1.8c heads yesterday briefly, too good to be true. back to 1.5c or even less with the new raising level at 1.2c or less.

Isn't it great when Hopper's way of raising funds works out "beneficially" for SH?

Let's hope the new CMO, Dr Byon, sets Hopper's head straight to demand a better deal instead of just bowing down to the fundies. Now in charge to sell / partner B-Cell tech, at least he can't do any worse than the other "Magnificent 4", only better.
