I had the same problem with Australian Super, they kept putting me onto someone else and i would have to explain the situation again and again- they dont understand what an option is. I finally got onto someone that seemed to know more, he said that Australian Super dont do options its apart of their policy, for which he emailed me the policy which i could not see this reference to options. It sounded it was all too hard for the Aus Super computer to handle this function. Therefore i only purchased a minimal amount through the SPP which really annoyed me as i wanted the IMUOE s.
It would be great to find out where these options have ended up??????????
