If that fails, perhaps request that you have them exchange the options for heads based on their current price. They may not do options but they do heads, someone/they have the options somewhere and it’s unlikely they have been issued to an account that’s not able to sell them. This may best be done through the ombudsman though. Usually a different/more solution focused team handles complaints.
My ISA in the UK (IG) also doesn’t do options so they; after discussions, agreed to purchase/increase the amount of heads I had in line with the value of the options. Or something to that effect.
Hope it works out for you, it’d be a shame to miss out on the IMUOEs.
