P.S. Further to that if a project is viable it will continue no matter who owns it. In that case of Pancontinal if the mine was viable than it would have continued the only argument is to whose pocket the profits would go. All these exemptions, amendments, etc just make a joke of the whole system and keep some Q.C in a job THIS IS NOT NEEDED IN AN OPEN AND HONEST SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT..
