"Under the arrangements in place between NFC and Marengo, NFC is in the process of completing a competitive, fixed price Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) quotation, by the end of 2012. It is envisaged that this EPC quotation will follow the release of Marengo's Feasibility Study and will provide the Company with the ability to seek, by way of facilitation from NFC, suitable funding from Chinese banks, for the development of the Yandera project."
