IF you were a nickel explorer, you'd be cracking the whip out at the drill rig. The metal's spot price went through $US50,000/tonne (to $US50,075) on Thursday night, up 4.9 per cent on the day. It fell just below $US50,000 on Friday, but the three-month contract price closed the week up 1.3 per cent at $US47,700/t.
Stocks, at 3564 tonnes, are down to less than a day's global demand."
But back to sleep for now! Talk about a patient holder. Anymore still left out there?
