in a nut shell

I had a family member who lives OS ask me about this company, I hadn`t heard of it until that time... there doesn`t seem to be much posting going on , I would like to ask, in a nut shell what are the companies prospects, potentials, pros and cons etc.. of course I will dmor but I`m really keen to get the opinions of those who have skin in the game. He is potentially going to buy in and if things look rosy I may dip my toes in too... who are the posters who have been here the longest? have the most level headed views? Thanks all in advance.
