To whoever is interested to read lengthy message to a question asked on ST Trading (Rest : Please ignore).
Fadi : "Sammy whats your view on the NXR chart? Last time it was in the 6s there was a huge sell down into the 4s. Not much selling pressure today, but do we need to see another green candle with higher volume to confirm an uptrend?"
And as usual Sammy response:
"Hi Fadi; there is not explicit answer to this. If only TA which is driving the uptrend then we may need to see another green candle or candles to keep the momentum. However, IMO this time with NXR, it's actually the strong FA which is driving the SP (I could be wrong too but i am relying more on FA than TA at this stage). Hence, I believe we will see bit of bumpy ride to right direction with 2 or more big green candles followed by one or two small red candles (shakeout/consolidation).
Similar to Forrest, if i like the FA and TA of the stock and find a good entry point, I invest/trade big money (Let's say $10k-50k). I ride it through to my target and once target is reached, i free carry or trade with half and keep half for long term. I ensure that i keep increasing my stake or lock in profit in case my research, analysis is proven wrong. I bought few big parcels in NXR won't start trading with any until it reaches to 9c and over.
Just for a fun; Let's Compare NXR with PSY and AJX.

Considering NXR can only increase stake to 51% in WBT, NXR Valuation given by Wise-Owl on 1st December (Shown below), seems to be realistic. I was just waiting for options to be expired. However, on successful completions of Phase 2 & Phase 3 along with couple of commercialization deal (similar to AJX) can send the SP to the moon and 9c will be just a history. But most important tool you will need with this is the Patience and confidence in your research & analysis (& to ignore the outside noice
).
