I work in tv, so occasionally look at this stock in a passing interest kind of way, I don't hold, but give a sneer as so many people think FTA TV is dead.

Am I correct in thinking that the name of this company is so close to Netflix that it makes people excited? That unlike Netflix - who produce shows like Orange is the New Black and House of Cards, and have people like Kevin Spacey doing key note speeches pretty much endorsing this company as a production vehicle moving forward, which is valid in an HBO model - that Quickflix is a download service of pretty crappy movies (like iTunes movies) and also still posts DVDs in the mail?

They have no plans of unique content generation and presumably will have to compete against a myriad of outside content providers and producers, like NetFlix?

I don't quite get the Quickflix USP and their business model. Am I missing something?
