Pros, great project fundamentals and financials in the feasibility study and proven management team. This was close to going ahead.
Cons, current Tanzanian govt and their current suspension of mining licenses for overseas companies with no guidance on when it will be lifted. When it is lifted, there is still increased royalties and conditions which will likely affect the financials including free carried interest for the govt.

When will the political situation improve?
Will some of the conditions be scaled back with negotiations?
