ORR is now basically a political play. If the Tanzanian government wake up to themselves and get around to approving some mining licenses then the SP of ORR will take off like a rocket. If not we will continue to sit around this level.
The guys in WKT still seem positive. I think they will lead in any approval process so if they get granted a license then that is a good time to buy into ORR. At least we are better off than KCN - a political and lawyer play
