with regards to Mr Gilmour selling his shares. it is important to note the breakdown of his shares activities in the previous 2 anns.

1st oct: paid $20,000 to convert 1,666,667 options at 0.012
disposed 135,225 shares for the value of $6761.25 ($0.05 ps)

6th oct: disposed 364,775 shares for the value of $16,414.88

so in all, Mr Gilmour converted 1.66 mil shares before selling 500k FPO.

if u look thru past ann, Mr Gilmour has been selling for a while now. in the recent annual report, out of the 6 directors, Mr Gilmour was the only one who sold shares. stated in the annual report, his shareholdings in jul 2009 was 2.4 mil and went down to 1 mil in jul 2010. h

i will only be worried if other directors disposed a bigger amt of their shares thou


as for the sp, it is going sideways due to lack of exciting news imo. part of how a biomed coy sp works. dun think its a pnd.
