How does large volume indicate that this is about fund raising.
If I was to buy 60 million shares on market it would not raise the company one cent except put the price up a little. If the company or associates are buying a lot of shares to raise the price for a fund raise then they obviously have huge faith in or know what's going on underfoot.
Have followed this business for very many years and the more likely reason in my view is that some are privy to some very good news and holders are going to do okay.
Most of the discussion this morning has been hypothetical bits of dribble. IMVHO
