Whats wrong with a CR at this point and time?

It doesn't give potential new holders a good impression when you look at that chart - looks like the minute there was any chance of a rise in the SP a CR was quickly bolted out to take advantage of it.

If things were so promising, then this CR would have been held off till then - which - if they were so promising - the SP would have also been significantly higher.

I was going to invest in this company this morning - I had my buy order in - the second at 0.015 - and I pulled it when I saw they issued this CR.

It just doesn't look good and doesn't install confidence.

Also given that this stock is really trading on its near-ology to NWE - the impact of the CR will delay any short term gains that NWE will experience, making an investment here less attractive.

All in all - I'm glad my money is in my pocket right now and I look forward to seeing how the market reacts accordingly - and if - upon further research I want in, I'll get in.

All I can say is that the confidence I had at 6 am well and truly evaporated by 9:55 am....
