Not sure what there is to be gained by Noble Investments doing this other than he wants resolution to the matter or out of bitterness and spite.
There is no cash in the company, so he wont get any of that. The assets have already been given away so he wont get that. There is some IP however, without Alex's support in its development, there wont be any value in that either. So really the only value is him selling it as a shell company which may have some value as, without his debt, BRT probably doesn't have any significant debt. The problem for BRT shareholders now is that Noble will make decisions based on what is best for him, not for the majority of the shareholders, which means we had an opportunity of getting about 1c per share if BRT relisted, whereas now we'll get NOTHING.
