ASX Announcement 4 November 2014 Appointment of Receivers and Managers by the Major Shareholder The Company was yesterday informed that John Bumbak, Cliff Rocke and Janna Robertson of KordaMentha (Receivers and Managers) were appointed by General Nice Recursos Comercial Offshore De Macaw Limitada (GNR) as Receivers and Managers of the Company. GNR are first ranking secured creditor of the Company.
The Company is now under the control of KordaMentha. Pluton is informed that the Receivers and Managers have started engagement with the Company's key stakeholders to target recommencement of the Company's operations as soon as achievable. GNR, the Company's largest shareholder, has confirmed its continued commitment to the Company and is working proactively with the Receivers and Managers in an effort to recommence operations as soon as possible. The Company will continue to keep shareholders informed of all developments.
