before i get excited i need to see more meat on the bone like signing of a Joint Venture.
they've waffling on about 3 international companies being interested, but they can't get a signature on the agreement.
it seems as though i'm not the only one waiting further news, this stock hasn't performed. where are the big buyers who'll take this to the next level..????
