What happened is management tried to do a donkey holding 7 2s unsuited with A A 10 pre flop and went all in and the majors snap called with pocket A A. The rest of the story we all know what happened.
I'm sure a signature is ready when ever on majors terms and how ATM nothing is signed because WHN wants the best value for share holders.
But ATM the majors been in the game way longer then whn.
ATM thing look unorganized and im interested to see the quaterleys Ann. Expecting also the same old n share price will go back down.
Expecting a fluff announcement first to entice holders then a cap raising for future work programs.
