I think those so called "facts" as more like your "assumptions" imo.

Any way "facsts" are AQO has an EV of just $20 million with leases right next door to Billion dollar companies and a hop skip and a jump away from BPT's lease which 60% was sold down to Chevron for $300 million odd.

That enough for me to realise AQO is way under valued at current prices.
